Summary
Aligned with Vibe HCM Inc.’s business products and services, the Mid-Market Sales Executive will maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts in the Austin and Central Texas region. The Mid-Market Sales Executive will manage contact relationships and all opportunities through the full sales process from qualification to close, including sales forecasting, warm and cold calling, quotes and contract negotiations. This role will be responsible for communicating regularly with assigned accounts, and growing revenue within the territory through up-sell and cross-sell into other product lines. The position will be responsible for meeting certain sales quotas and process metrics set by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate new contacts and opportunities adequate to develop a sales pipeline to support quota attainment through prospecting
  • Set up and conduct product introduction presentations (in person or via the web) with identified contacts at targeted companies; Articulate a clear and compelling explanation of our business value to prospective customers
  • Develop quotes for monthly fees and work with HRIS team to develop implementation cost schedules
  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports; Document details of identified opportunities in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely follow up on opportunities, leads and prospects
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through consistent customer communication and follow-up; Develop a trusted consultative relationship with key stakeholders of assigned accounts
  • Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns and targeted sales activities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews for key customers
  • Assist with customer requests and escalations as needed
  • Lead or participate in other projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • At least three years of experience in software sales with at least two years in sales involving Payroll, HR, Talent Management, Benefits or other related HRIS systems
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Contact Management systems; Working knowledge of Salesforce strongly desired
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Office
